Instructions for Mail Box User

If you want to use your mobile device to check mail, please see instructions here. This document is for PC users. Contact your mailbox store manager to set up your account. Then visit our website at http://www.checkmailonline.com,

and click the Log In menu. Then enter your username (login email) and password,

The delivery information for your mailbox appears,

You may delete any delivery information by checking the check box in the Delete column, or checking the box at the top of the column for all boxes below, then click the Delete Selected Records button,

All checked rows are deleted,

You may display all records including those deleted by clicking the Display All Records button.You may edit your user information by clicking the Edit Registration menu. You may check the Email Notify box to receive delivery notification in your email. Please use your email address as your username, in order to receive the delivery notification in your email.

However, if you want to change your email address, you need to contact your mailbox store manager.
